Description

The RZPB series is a three-piece PEEK through-panel fitting system for routing tubing through an equipment panel. Product specifications list a PEEK connector body, an optional PPS locknut and a color-selectable anti-rotation cover.

The family includes same-thread and mixed-thread configurations for 1/4-28 UNF and 10-32 UNF connections, with 0.8 mm, 1.25 mm and 2.0 mm bore options depending on the model.

Panel preparation: The reference drawing shows an 11 mm main hole and a 1.5 mm anti-rotation hole with 7.0 mm center spacing. The C12-P anti-rotation cover is shown as 17.00 mm OD and 2.50 mm thick; the M10 x 1-S locknut is shown as 18.0 mm wide and 4.5 mm thick.
